And, for those who like a view, each villa also has its own roof top deck. Soak up some sun or unwind in the cool shade overlooking the Balinese rice fields and Mount Agung in the distance.If entertaining is your style, Villas Sahaja’s kitchens are fully equipped with modern cooking facilities and a gorgeous teak wood dining table, seating ten people. All villas offer a large open plan living room overlooking the pool area and are complete with comfortable lounging sofas and a large flat screen TV. Bedrooms are air conditioned and each also comes with a large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Low Season: 9th January – 14th July, 16th September – 9th December, minimum stay of 3 nights
High Season: 15th – 31st July and 1st – 15th September, 10th – 19th December, minimum stay of 5 nights
Peak Season: 1st – 31st August, 20th December – 8th January, minimum stay of 7 nights
Rates are in AUD and subject to 15% government tax and service charge
TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Check in time is from 2.00 PM and check-out time is at 12.00 AM. Extension of check-out time until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged 50% one night rate. Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge.
NUMBERS IN PARTY AND CHILDREN POLICY
The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 4 adults. Extra person is subject to additional charge of AUS$ 50++ per person.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
Normal booking are for vacation purposes, special permission must be obtained for functions where the number of the people in attendance exceeds 100% of villa capacity. Additional charge of one night villa rental rate is applied for events and parties functions. This doesn’t include the event organizer and the local community (‘Banjar’) fee.
PAYMENT POLICY
We require 50% deposit should be paid upon confirmation of booking and the final payment can be made on guest arrival. All payments must be made in AUS$. Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon cancellation, written notice by mail/email must be received by Villa Sahaja no later than: 14 days prior to arrival date on Low season, 30 days prior to arrival date on High season and 45 days prior to arrival date on Peak season. Failure to adhere to the above policy will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

Villa Sahaja is located in Umalas Dua, which is conveniently situated for your enjoyment between Seminyak’s hip boutiques, spas, restaurants, bars and some of Bali’s most popular surf beaches – Cangu and Echo beach. Umalas Dua is centrally located, yet also a quiet area for those looking to escape and unwind.
